Steps to finalise your booking

Booking Conditions:
Sessions are paid in full (including transfer/conversion fees) max until 36hrs prior to the day they are taking place.
Appointment date, time, and location mutually agreed in writing. If this is not yet done, please get in touch with me before booking a session to make sure we can align on schedules and way of working – let’s make sure you get the best somatic session for you.
If your session is online, join the call with the link in your calendar invite. If you have an in-person session, then I’ll see you at the provided address.
Life happens, and rescheduling or changing the appointment from in-person to online is possible up to 36hrs of appointment. After that, the appointment will be charged in full. Cancellations and refunds are not possible.

4 Session bundle: 360 eur

Use the form on this page to send me a receipt of your payment (upload a picture or pdf that shows your transaction details).
Take this opportunity to also let me know if you need a receipt from me, and where it should be sent to. I’ll make sure you have that by the end of every month.

We need you as resourced as you can be during our time together, so think of ways you can implement comfort in your clothes, your nutrition, your posture, or any other resources within reach in the present moment.
For online sessions, to the best of your ability, please consider:
Privacy: find a space where you feel comfortable to speak and explore light movement.
Resourcing: Have a drink near you, wear something comfortable, sit/lay in comfort. It's essential that we can access your body's sense of safety and pleasure.
Notifications off: just like in-person sessions, this is a moment of focus and dedication to self.
