Your facilitator Isabel is a trauma-informed somatic therapist, holding both group practices and individual therapies guided by safety, play and pleasure in the walk back home to self.

In this alternative meditation setting, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body through somatic activations and practice deep listening through drawing. We’ll explore different energies held on our bodies, make space for them and release them through the healing practice of intuitive drawing. This is a safe space for curious and playful exploration of the body, energetics and inner creativity. All levels are welcome, no previous drawing or meditation experience required.
